MIN 1 Sidoarjo Digital Attendance

MIN 1 Sidoarjo Digital Attendance is an end-to-end digital attendance management platform engineered to modernize student record-keeping at MIN 1 Sidoarjo. Developed using Next.js 16, React 19, Tailwind CSS, and Prisma ORM backed by a PostgreSQL database, the system ensures fast, reliable, and secure data handling. It features dedicated role-based portals for school administrators and homeroom teachers (Wali Kelas), allowing seamless management of academic years, semester schedules, class rosters, and student records within a unified environment.

Designed to replace manual paper logs, the platform empowers homeroom teachers to quickly record daily student statuses such as Present, Sick, Permitted, or Absent, along with custom notes and timestamped updates. Administrators maintain high-level oversight through centralized dashboards and automated reporting tools that export comprehensive attendance logs directly into Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx). Secured with JWT-based authentication, bcryptjs encryption, and enhanced with smooth UI transitions via Framer Motion, the application delivers a modern and accessible administrative solution for the school.
